Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus is pleased to announce an affiliation with Dr. Kwon Lee, MD FACS CWS, and Jill Eberle, RN, MSN, CNP, of Northeast Surgical Associates of Ohio. They have partnered with us to provide the best possible wound care within our facility. Their services increase cost-effectiveness by reducing the number of resident transports to offsite clinics and hospitals. More importantly this personalized on-site service allows our residents to be seen in the comfort and familiarity of the facility, not subjected to adverse weather conditions, long waits, or potential pressure injury due to lying on hard stretchers.

The national average for stage II wound healing is 10.17 weeks in duration. The Northeast Surgical Associate's program of professional treatment has treated over 3,000 Stage II wounds, which have healed in an average of 5.15 weeks or half the duration time.

Northeast Surgical's wound care providers are Certified Nurse Practitioner Specialists in Wound Care. They provide the services outlined above in approximately 250 long-term care facilities within Ohio.
