Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus, in conjunction with Ottawa
County Senior Resources, is proud to offer DayBreak, Ottawa
County's only Adult Day Services Program that is
Passport Certified.

|
DayBreak offers a flexible, unique atmosphere of caring, joy,
and fun where a team of qualified professionals will help each participant
live life to the fullest. Individuals can participate in recreational and
social activities, enjoy nutritional meals and snacks, and receive
assistance with daily activities in the comfort of our home-like
atmosphere.

Through an individualized approach, each participant's program
is designed to meet their needs so their current functioning abilities are
maintained and in some cases, improved. Our professional team of program
coordinators, activities aides, and nursing personnel are here to help the
participant and their caregivers find peace of mind in their decision to
choose DayBreak.

Hours of Operation are 7:30 am to 4:00
pm
|
Monday-Friday cost is
$35.00 ˝
day and 65.00 for a full day.
